Looking back on the week that was, Charlie discusses special counsel Robert Hur releasing his report on the investigation into President Biden over the handling of classified documents and deciding not to bring criminal charges against the president. Charlie says that although President Biden will not be facing criminal charges, the report is damning for the president in terms of Biden's declining mental condition.

Next, Charlie discusses former Gov. of South Carolina Nikki Haley's loss in Nevada's primary to the "none of these candidates" option on the ballot. He says his prior prediction of former President Donald Trump winning the Republican presidential ticket continues to look accurate as former President Trump holds a commanding lead in the polls.
