Also, discuss the legislative maps which appear to be designed to help the Democrats. And Gov. Wolf names a new Secretary of State, Leigh Chapman. Charlie also takes a look back at the U.N. Climate Summit from this past fall in Glasgow. Charlie closes by mentioning the passing of legendary coach and announcer, John Madden.
