2021 PA Primary Results | Best 60ish Seconds
Delivering this week's Best 60ish Seconds from Pittsburgh, this week Charlie reflects on Pennsylvania's 2021 Primary held this past Tuesday. "The voters of Pennsylvania took some extraordinary action, passing two constitutional amendments to rein in the powers of a dictatorial governor," says Charlie.
Charlie goes on to criticize Governor Wolf for renewing his pandemic disaster declaration just two days after voters chose to curb his emergency powers; as well as for Wolf's comments in a recent letter that "the continued death of African Americans at the hands of police…are painful reminders that racism and intolerance are still with us today.”
Charlie closes by remembering former Delaware Governor Pete du Pont.
