Charlie begins this week's Best 60ish Seconds reminding us daylight saving time ends this weekend as we regrettably fall back to “cold and misery." He goes on to discuss the Israel-Hamas war, highlighting the antisemitism on college campuses, as well as amidst some members in Congress who refuse to denounce Hamas and the atrocities they've committed.

Charlie next discusses the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court’s decision on the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, ruling that former Gov. Tom Wolf did not have the constitutional authority to join the program by executive order. He moves on to highlight Election Day this Tuesday saying here in Pennsylvania we have important statewide judicial races. Charlie closes this week's segment mourning the loss of basketball legend Coach Bobby Knight.
