Charlie begins this week's Best 60ish Seconds highlighting the results of last week's Kentucky Derby as Mystik Dan finishing in first by a nose, and Charlie's pick, Catching Freedom, finished just outside the money in fourth. He moves on to discuss Donald Trump's trial in New York following this week's testimony from Stormy Daniels. Charlie questions why her testimony was even allowed, saying most of her testimony had nothing to do with the case. Meanwhile Trump continues to see his numbers rise in the polls.

Charlie goes on to discuss the ongoing "pro-Palestinian" protests on college campuses across the country causing some schools to cancel graduations. Charlie raises the question: if these are peaceful protests, as some universities claim, then why do you have to cancel graduation as a result of them?
