Charlie goes on to discuss the federal budget commenting that for only the second time in U.S. history our debt is outpacing our GDP. In PA budget news, Charlie says the overarching issue is the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), "a tax on Pennsylvanians." He says at both the state and federal level we cannot afford to continue along our current spending trajectory. He closes this week's segment mourning the loss of former MLB player Jesús Alou.
